Day 1: Arrival, Skill-Building, and Campfire Night


Morning Session:

12:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Rappelling & Jumaring Techniques

  • Rappelling: Safe descent techniques with professional guidance.
  • Jumaring: Ascending fixed ropes using jumars, focusing on body positioning and safety.

Afternoon Session:

Day 2: Advanced Training, Challenges, and Departure

6:30 AM – 7:15 AM: Wake-Up, Stretch, & Warm-Up

  • Healthy breakfast to fuel the day’s activities.
